Bond Price
On 13 November 2003, the Edipresse Group (SWX: EDI) launched a CHF 100 million public bond issue. The 7-year bonds have a coupon of 4.0% per annum and an issue price of 100.45%.
Co-lead managers were Banque Cantonale Vaudoise and Credit Suisse First Boston. The bonds are listed on the main trading segment of the SWX Swiss Exchange.
The proceeds of the issue are being used in their entirety to pay down existing short-term bank debt.
