Isabel Suárez Meseguer was born in Madrid, Spain, in 1970, and obtained a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from ICADE.

She co-founded Focus Ediciones in 1992, and launched DT (DownTown) magazine that same year.

In addition to working on magazine launches, Mrs. Suárez is heavily focused on a variety of digital projects including: FHM.COM.ES, ELPOLVORIN.COM and FHM Mobile.

In 2003, Edipresse took a majority stake in the company, which is still managed by the original founders.
