Born in 1972, Izabela Bochenek has built up her career in media from within Edipresse Polska, starting directly from university.

She has been working for Edipresse for 9 years starting as an assistant in the marketing department, further working as a product manager, marketing director and publishing director. Izabela Bochenek is since 2004, the managing director of Edipresse Poland.

She is one of the founders of Przyjaciolka charity foundation which was established by Edipresse Poland to provide social assistance for children in care.

Most recently, Iza Bochenek has been responsible for special projects at Edipresse Polska where amongst other things, she oversaw the development and launch of Party which is widely seen as one of the greatest publishing successes in Eastern Europe, with an average fortnightly circulation reaching close to a half a million copies.
