The Portuguese Competitition Authority has now given its approval to the sell of Edipresse Group's 50% stake in the Edimpresa
Edipresse Asia Ltd, a subsidiary of Edipresse Group, has acquired 100% of Singapore-based luxury publisher Solitaire Media Ltd. The acquisition is yet another milestone of Edipresse’s development into Asia-Pacific’s leading luxury and lifestyle media group.

Edipresse Group announced it has reached today an agreement to acquire 100% shareholding in Singapore lifestyle publisher Appetite Media Pte Ltd. The move marks Edipresse continued expansion of its luxury lifestyle publishing portfolio in Asia. Appetite Media publishes Appetite, Luxury and Grandeur (Haohua in Chinese) magazines.
Edipresse Group has sold its 50% stake in the Portuguese magazine publishing company Edimpresa to its joint-venture partner Impresa. The transaction must still be formally submitted to the Portuguese competition authorities for approval.

2 April, 2008 - Basel, Switzerland - From Singapore to New York, Madrid to Hong Kong, Moscow to Shanghai, Revolution is conquering the world's major watch markets. Edipresse Group's luxury multimedia entity, Edipresse Luxe and Revolution International Limited have signed an agreement to launch a Francophone edition of Revolution. Published on a quarterly basis, this edition will be distributed in Switzerland, France and Belgium in autumn 2008.
