Born in 1970 in Warsaw, Ewa Redel-Bydlowska completed her studies at the Warsaw University Institute of Journalism in 1993.
After a few months with an advertising agency, she joined the joint venture "Przyjaciolka" in 1994, which later became Edipresse Poland.
With this company, her professional career quickly developed from Marketing Assistant, to Distribution Manager, Sales Director to Managing Director (since 1999) and Vice President of the Management Board (2002).
