Dr. Boya Mohindar and his wife Lina Ross, Communication Management's founders, continue to hold a 30% stake in the company, and will carry on running the business for the long term as Chairman and CEO as well as Publisher respectively.

Barrie Goodridge, CEO of Edipresse Asia, will join the Communication Management Board as an Executive Director and participate in the management and direction of Communication Management Ltd. In addition Mr. Goodridge will continue to guide Edipresse's activities in Asia as its senior executive in the region.

The deal is a vote of confidence in the bright future of publishing in the region, and is set to create a powerful alliance that will expand through China and the rest of Asia, targeting new markets and readerships.
