The “Media Manager Russia -2006” award is the most significant project in the sphere of Russian media business. Regular awards are presented for outstanding efforts and achievements of the year to top-managers in the media, advertising and PR industries. All voting is conducted by Expert Council that consists of the award winners of the previous years, avowed media experts and market leaders. The award is organized under the auspices of World Association of Newspapers (WAN) and the Ministry of Culture and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.
