The first special issue, under the successful brand “Samaya Vitality,” was published by Edipresse-Konliga in May.

The woman's advisory magazine is a source of reliable and practical information for young (25-40) active women who wish to lead a healthy life, and are not tied down by traditional concepts of beauty, material well-being, and profession pursuits. This semi-annual 100 page magazine, with a circulation of 100,000 copies, has a practical format which can fit into a purse. “Vitality” will be distributed in all main Russian cities, CIS countries and the Baltic States.

According to Dariya Nemtsova, the Publishing Director: “The magazine will teach readers how to lead a healthy life and maintain their well-being, give useful information about the most common sicknesses and what preventive measures to take, talk about good nutrition, offer guides on how to stay positive and energetic, and look after relatives. In summary, the magazine is about how to have vitality. This magazine stands out because of the useful information supported by experts' opinions, its modern design, high printing quality, reasonable price and availability in retail outlets.”
