Born in 1967 in France, Vincent Briot graduated from l'Ecole Supérieure de Commerce of Paris in 1991.

He began his career in marketing then sales within the Belgium Steel Group Cockerill Sambre; since then bought by Arcelor-Mittal Steel.

In 1998, Vincent Briot joined the Edipresse Group for its establishment in Romania, as CFO & Administrator for publishing and print facilities, then for publishing only, since the sale of Edipresse printing facilities in 2005.

As of January 1st, 2008, Vincent Briot has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) joining Cristina Simion (CEO) as her right hand. With a background in sales and commercial activities and a strong expertise in finance and administration, perfectly fluent in Romanian, French and English, Vincent Briot will be responsible for the day by day business of key areas such as circulation, operations, administration, advertising sales, in addition to his responsibilities over finance, accountancy and legal aspects.
