Born in 1944 in Moutier, Théo Bouchat began his career as a journalist and went on to broaden the scope of his professional activities to include publishing and management.

After working for the German press agency Deutsche Presse-Agentur in Hamburg, he was appointed as political correspondent for the Tribune de Lausanne, in Bern. From there, he went on to co-produce various television programmes for Télévision Suisse romande (Table ouverte, Affaires publiques, Tell Quel) and collaborated on the programme Temps présent. In 1979, he was appointed as Editorial Director for the weekly L'Illustré and then became Director of Ringier Romandie, an international Publishing house, in 1989.

Théo Bouchat joined the Edipresse Group in 1998. Since then, he has been Director of the Swiss publications and more specifically, since 2002, of Le Matin and Magazines Group.

He is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Switzerland in 2007.

Serge Reymond, born in 1963 in Lausanne, is married and the father of two children. After his studies in mathematics and economics, he worked in various areas, in particular Galenica (medical distribution) and the Swatch Group (watchmaking).

In 1997, he joined the Naville company (of which Edipresse is a 35% shareholder) to manage Naville-Détail (management of stores and newsstands), which he successfully modernized and transformed. In 2007, he was appointed Chairman of the Naville company.

Serge Reymond joins Edipresse in January 2009 as Deputy CEO, he will also ensure in the interim the responsibilities of Commercial Director.

Over the course of 2009, Serge Reymond will then succeed Théo Bouchat as CEO of Edipresse Switzerland.
