RBA Holding will own 67% of this new company, while the Edipresse Group will own the remaining 33%. However, the shareholder's agreement and the spirit of the deal will give both partners equal rights for major decisions.

RBA Edipresse will be chaired by Ricardo Rodrigo, Chairman of the RBA Group, and Pierre Lamunière, Chairman of the Edipresse Group, will be Vice-Chairman of the new company.

RBA Revistas publishes such leading titles as National Geographic, Historia National Geographic, Viajes National Geographic, El Mueble, Arquitectura y Diseño, Cosas de Casa, Casas de Campo, Casa al Día, Única, Cuerpomente, Mente Sana, Saber Vivir, Línea Saludable, Integral, Cosas de Cocina, Cocina Sana, Speak Up and Barbie o Amiga.

Edipresse Hymsa's stable of well known titles includes Lecturas, Lecturas Cocina, Lecturas Moda, Sorpresa, Clara, In Style, Cocina Fácil, Comer Bien, Comer y Beber, Habitania, Grupo Labores del Hogar, Ideas y Puntos, Patrones, Rutas del Mundo and Tu Bebé, as well as Edipresse's 50% partnership in Semana, the other 50% remaining in the ownership of the Montiel family.

The joint portfolios of the RBA Edipresse are very complementary and the new entity will command a leadership position in the People and Celebrity, Science and Discovery, Decoration, Women's Up-Market, Women's Advisory, Health and Wellness, Needlework and Dressmaking and Cooking segments.
