Zbigniew Napierala was born in 1945 in Wronki, Poland . He studied international law and earned a Masters in Science degree in 1968 from the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznan.

After five years running a concert agency, he entered the media business in 1974 when he became Editorial Director of the Regional TV Station in Poznan. He moved to Warsaw in 1986 and became General Director and Editor-in-chief for a leading channel of the national television network. He was appointed as TV correspondent in London from 1988 until 1991, when he joined the ITI company in Warsaw as Vice President of their Media Division. In 1993, he was appointed Head of the Publishing House which later became Edipresse Poland. In May 2007, he became Chief Executive Officer Eastern Europe.

Born in 1972, Izabela Bochenek has built up her career in media from within Edipresse Polska, starting directly from university.

She has been working for Edipresse for 9 years starting as an assistant in the marketing department, further working as a product manager, marketing director and publishing director. Since 2003, Izabela Bochenek is member of the Management of Edipresse Polska, she was nominated managing director of Edipresse Poland in 2004 and is the Deputy CEO of Edipresse Eastern Europe since 2008.

She is one of the founders of Przyjaciolka charity foundation which was established by Edipresse Poland to provide social assistance for children in care.

Most recently, Iza Bochenek has been responsible for special projects at Edipresse Polska where amongst other things, she oversaw the development and launch of Party which is widely seen as one of the greatest publishing successes in Eastern Europe, with an average fortnightly circulation reaching close to a half a million copies.
